I would like to send a big THANK YOU to Bill Marsh at NEFWM Pembroke. I recently purchased a boat, sight unseen. I am from Memphis, TN and the boat was in Naples ME. The boat was exactly as described and fairly priced. Some issues occurred during the transit of the boat that were not the fault of NEFWM, but they made it right anyway. Buying a boat remotely can be a scary endeavor. But, I would do it again from Bill and New England Fresh Water Marine. They have earned my respect and appreciation.

Jay Guthro is a wealth of knowledge on the MasterCraft product. He educated us on all the advantages over the Nautique product and we sold our 2007 Nautique for a 2013 MasterCraft X-10. MasterCraft has an outstanding product that is really Solid. We look forward to many more years of summer fun.

I took delivery of my new X-Star in the fall, these guys have been nothing but first class. Great service, Bill and Jay came to my house to help me with the boat on a weekend night. This is my first boat and I did not know anything about boats. I could not believe the help Jay and Bill gave me and all that they did for me. They went above and beyond anything I expected. My freinds could not beleive everything they did for me. Jay is also going to spend a day with me and help me put my boat in the water and show me the ropes. Thank god! Thanks Bill and Jay, I have been taking my 2008 X-2 to NFWM for 2 years for service and repairs, having purchased my boat in Utah, I was a long way from my dealer. They always treated me like I purchased my boat from them. From a bearing problem with the trailer to a run in with a rock, they always fixed me up as good as new! Then when it was time to sell my boat, they took care of everything, and I got a very fare price to boot! Thanks Again Guys! Joe

Always there for me! informative and great! Its so nice to pick up a phone and talk to an educated human! The time came when I needed to bring my boat to them, It was July and time could not have been worse! They got to it as quick as they could and did a great job with all that needed to be done. I leave one star open so that when they get 10 mechanics and 100 spot indoor heated storage space, I will have one left. lol Great guys. If you care about your tow boat. This is the spot!

We have been bringing our Mastercraft X-14 there for years now and they have been great to work with! We live in CT so its a bit of a drive but worth it! They have sent me parts when I needed them and help walk me through things on the phone! They have always been very warm and friendly! Thanks for everything you guys do!!

I purchased a 2012 Mastercraft from Jay over the phone from Michigan. Jay described the boat perfectly. I was very nervous purchasing a boat I did not see in person but when I received the boat it was just as described! Jay helped me every time I asked for help and answered all my questions. He described the boat down to every small flaw. I would without a doubt buy another boat from Jay and so should anyone wanting a great experience!
